5/1/08 Access Community Health Center (ACHC) in Madison, WI is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) PEDIATRICIAN OR PEDS MID-LEVEL (NP/PA) provider. ACHC is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the Dane County community by providing quality primary medical and dental services to patients that would otherwise be unable to access care. The provider will be responsible for providing direct primary care to pediatric patients including histories; physical examinations and diagnosis and treatment; performing well child examinations for newborns to young adults; providing parent and patient education and performing administrative and management duties. Qualified mid-level candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program; be licensed to practice in Wisconsin ; have two years of experience in a clinical setting and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
