'Twelve Years of Art

The Twelfth Annual Holiday Fine Art Show and Craft Sale will be held on Saturday, November 17th, from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The show will be located in the Tenney Nursery and Parent Center, at 1321 East Mifflin Street, one block north of East Washington Avenue behind Fyfe's restaurant. The center provides a great space for viewing art and offers plenty of free parking.

This year's sale will feature new works by 15 women artists with some work designed specially for holiday gift giving. We are pleased to welcome two new artists this year, glass artist Martha Kauppi and Erica Schlueter of Bent Metal Jewelry. Some of our returning artists include Usa Mendez (clothing designer), Monica McFarland (handmade bags) and Maya Madden (No Rules Jewelry). Other show offerings include unique handpainted furnishings, Bali print quilts and table runners, botanical etchings, fun ceramic tiles & pottery, miniature 3-D watercolors, surreal ceramic animals, handmade paper creations, fleece hats and scarves, as well as delightful ceramic jewelry and stained glass. This year's show promises more exciting unique art gifts for you to keep and give.

Visitors will have a chance to meet the artists, check out the school and enjoy free refreshments. The artists also make a generous annual donation to the Tenney Nursery and Parent Center.
