Tenney Park neighbors, Urban Open Space Foundation needs our help! Help restore the beauty of Tenney Park and the Yahara River Parkway by becoming a Yahara River Parkway Steward. Urban Open Space is looking for a handful of people willing to commit to ongoing stewardship by adopting a part of the Parkway. In late March and early April, 2000, Urban Open Space will provide training sessions, tools,and support for this restoration project. Stewards will work together on essential tasks such as planting, weeding and pruning. You will trained in practical skills such as plant

identification, ecology, and history of the Parkway. You, in turn, can share your knowledge with neighbors & friends who also want to contribute to the improvement of the condition of the Parkway.
