The winner of the street banner design contest is Brian McCormick. His design was based on the graphics that he created for the Neighborhood Plan and the East Johnson Street Business Directory. The selection was made by members of the Neighborhood Plan Steering Committee, the East Johnson Street Business Association, and the Tenney-Lapham and Old Market Place Councils.
