NOCIRC of Wisconsin/Madison (National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers)

NOCIRC, the National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers, provides information on the various aspects of infant circumcision surgery and its lifelong harmful consequences, on facts about the normal, natural intact penis, on the importance of the male prepuce (foreskin), on female genital mutilation (female circumcision), and on those physicians who respect the normal genital integrity of the child. Available to anyone, the information is especially important to expectant couples and parents, and also to health care providers since, in this country where normal natural intact male genitalia are not so common, there are so many fears, myths and concerns over normal male genitals and since physicians were not given in medical school correct and complete information about normal intact male genitals and about the lifelong purposes and benefits of the foreskin.
