A nice page of summarized cycle racing results, apparently based in Amsterdam, but written in English.
[Updated July 27, 1998.]
Cycling Palmarès
"Why another cycling palmarès page? Well, there are several pages on the web which list the winners of big races; however, they are nearly all answer the question, 'who won the Tour de France in 1938?' rather than 'which races did Gino Bartali win in his career?'. Hence this page... "Results and information from sixty or so major professional races, organised by rider, along with lots of supplementary information." Especially deep in the coverage of British riders, but unbeleivable comprehensive overall.
[Added July 27, 1998.]

Sean Kelly Bikeworld
This (commercial) page celebrates the career of Irish cyclist Sean Kelly, the "fourth most successful cyclist of all time." It does that with a much-more-than-decent news section, a FAQ (which consists of a brief interview with SK and the ability to submit your own questions), a career section-- which simply lists his wins each year across his 1972-93 cycling career, a bike shop (which would seem to be the only revenue stream on the site), and so forth. There is the concept of membership, which as far as I can tell is free and means that you are privvy to the specials offered by the bike shop and a discount you all purchases. The shop does indeed offer online secure ordering.
[Added August 30, 1998.]
